Scott Peterson's lawyer, Mark Geragos is spewing forth a whole bunch of rubbish lately. He says he is going to find Laci's 'real' killer. (Okay, remember OJ Simpson? - Haven't heard much lately about his quest to find Nicole's REAL killer). News10 even reported that he says he knows who killed Laci and it's not Scott. Gee, where did he get that info? From Scott? Cause if Scott knew that all along, why didn't he tell the police that when he was under surveillance and scrutiny for months?! And if he has info on who really killed poor Laci, why doesn't he inform the PD and have that person arrested. Why proceed towards a full trial? I am not an expert in law and court cases, but this is ridiculous. Now he says there is a certain "young lady" out there with information about the "kidnapping" and murder of Laci Peterson. To whom is he referring? Amber? Amber's sister Ava? Gee could it be some MADE UP woman/witness? Geragos better watch out. He can't be making promises he can't keep or unsubstantiated statements - the jury wouldn't let that slide and I think he'd lose his credibility in their eyes. Wouldn't it be wild if Scott AND Amber were in this together (even though the PD supposedly cleared her already) and now he is in the process of flipping on her? Actually, nothing could surprise me at this point.
Man, I have come down with quite a cold today. I feel like crap.

Ready? Drum roll please... the new "limited edition" color for Fiesta Ware this year is: Tangerine. Yay. WTF. There is already an orange color. It's PERSIMMON. Helllllooooo. Anyway, why oh why couldn't they come out with a true blue/royal? Or even a vanilla/ivory? There still isn't a true red. What are the Post-86 Fiesta ware users going to use on the 4th of July!? Oh yeah, cinnabar and cobalt. Not exactly traditional flag colors. At least there's actually a white. But who really likes to buy plain old white colored Fiesta??

Dan told me a few days ago that right after he left the tire shop, Rod (one of the salespeople) was upstairs in the restroom and heard heavy footsteps just outside the door. Rod had thought to himself that he wondered why Dan came back, but when he went out and downstairs and looked outside, Dan's car was already gone. The next morning, he told Dan about it, and Dan confirmed he never went up the stairs after going outside to leave. woooooooo. Dan has such a long drive home and sometimes he stays at Rod's in nearby Campbell. Now I know why he never stays in the room with a cot, upstairs from the shop...

PS: Saw 8 Mile with Eminem on PPV last Friday. I reallly liked it. I was surprised. I do like that one title song, too.

We did go see "Malibu's Most Wanted" last week. It was okay. I didn't laugh as much as I thought I would. Jamie Kennedy had a two-hour special last week, the first hour was HILARIOUS and somewhat risque pranks, and the second hour was dedicated to the new movie.
Dan's cousin Jennifer moved to Arizona last week, so now, since Gina and Keith moved to Vegas a few months ago, we are out here without family. Bummer.
Chippendales are going to be at the Modesto Red Lion Hotel on Thursday. Hmmmmmm. Maybe I'll go ;-) Any girls care to join me?!
